Plassey Street
A MAN has been charged with assault, after an incident in Penarth which left another man in hospital.
Police are investigating the incident on Plassey Street which was reported at around 3.50pm on Sunday, August 21.
A 43-year-old man from Barry was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
A 23-year-old man from Penarth has been remanded in custody.
