WITH two league games remaining the title is now within reach, but one slip up by Sully Spartans will give it to the Cameos.

Sully midweek league game was against the Celtic Hawks and after losing the toss the Spartans were put into bat against a strong bowling line-up.

Sudesh (20) and Vishal started well and took the score to 48 off eight before Sudesh was well caught. Abdul joined Vishal and together took the score to 99 off 14 before Vishal retired on a well structured match winning 32.

Inan was next to come in (after a couple of run-outs) and he hit five fours in a quick fire 24 as the score reached 135 for five after the allotted 18 overs.

In reply the Hawks innings never really got going despite valiant efforts from skipper Steve Jones (28).

Guarav taking two for eight, Sathish two for 12 and pick of the bowlers Morgan taking three for 12 including that of fellow bluebird Steve Jones.

In the 16 over the Hawks were all out for 77 leaving the Spartans winners by 58 runs.
